CITYPLAY smart sensors measure technical and physical metrics indoor and outdoor which produces a more detailed analysis than GPS products – physical metrics and outdoor only. The smart sensors measure football-specifc metrics of a player and relates to interactions and movements within the context of the game.

There is a full warranty on the hardware of the device and charging case, as long as your subscription is active. You can read the full details of the warranty policy in the terms and conditions link in the footer.

CITYPLAY’s 12/24 month plans:

The payment is upfront. The full upfront payment will be withdrawn from your account the same day you purchase your plan. Your subscription will begin once you have activated your account. Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of the current period.

CITYPLAY currently ships to the following places: North America, EU, the UK, Middle East and Australia.

Your new CITYPLAY kit will be shipped to your home within 5 business days from when your order was processed.

Once you request to cancel your membership, you’ll receive a cancellation confirmation. Once confirmed, your membership will auto-cancel at the end of the commitment you signed up for, and you will no longer be billed. NOTE: You can continue to use CITYPLAY until you reach your subscription end date.
