We are looking for an Engineering TL to join the team and be the leading technical figure in the development of our sensors. As our Engineering TL you will be in charge of the entire life cycle of our physical product (HW /FW / Mechanics) , from definition to delivery and ongoing support. You will be leading our engineering team and will be working closely with our R&D and product departments.  

Responsibilities:

• Lead and review the design, implementation and testing of new HW and FW features

• Work together with different R&D teams to ensure the overall system architecture is aligned with the product requirements

• Plan, lead and manage complex integration and testing processes involving HW, FW, SW, algorithms and mechanics

• Monitor and perform Root Cause Analysis on HW and SW issues and provide solutions to increase our product’s reliability

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in designing and building IoT devices or similar electronic systems

• B.sc (or above) in electrical engineering or a related field

• Excellent problem-solving skills and system-level understanding

• Experience with wireless communication protocols (preferably BLE)

• Familiarity with HW development process steps (parts selection, board design, PCB layout, testing and debugging)

• Over 2 years of experience in embedded software design, development, and testing in C/C++ – advantage 

• Experience with real time operating systems (e.g FreeRTOS) – advantage

• Experience with motion sensors – huge advantage

• Experience with BLE applications development in Android / iOS – advantage

We are looking for a senior manual tester. You will be responsible for testing, monitoring, and writing STDs on a daily basis. You will report to a QA Team Lead and will be working hand-in-hand with other manual testers, automation engineers, product manager, algorithm TL, and the software team to build, test, and execute the system functionality in the field. 

Responsibilities:

• QA strategic design, writing STDs, testing, supporting, and performing creative and “outside the box” thinking for high-quality delivery.
• Work with teams across the organization and interact with leads and stakeholders.
• Work closely with our highly talented software engineers and QA testers.
• Participate in design and review meetings with development team members and products to confirm the use of best practices.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with quality assurance and testing life cycle activities and deliverables.
• Good understanding of SQL. web services and API integration.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS & Javascript in order to troubleshoot any front-end issues with web applications. 
• Experience with different types of testing, such as integration, regression, and sanity. E2E Etc….
• Experience with QA management tools, such as TestRails, xRay, etc.
• Hands-on experience with Agile-related frameworks and tools like JIRA

We are now looking for a results-driven Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Performance Marketing team. This is a key role that will have a huge impact on the development of our marketing strategy and on the company’s growth. This role is relevant for leadership types with a hands-on passion. 

Responsibilities include:

• Manage inbound communication with users across multiple channels, taking the lead on landing pages, email marketing, in-app banners, etc.
• Create, analyze, and optimize website funnels and user journey.
• Conduct several A/B tests at multiple levels.
• Create and adapt various marketing strategies/messages for different users segments.
